Delete your data
Akka is made by Branch Out Digital Labs LLP. You can ask us to delete your information, or your family's Akka account and your children's data, at any time. No questions asked.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp +91 78925 36292 or email hello@branchoutlabs.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Send it from the phone number or email you used with us, so we know it's you.
What we delete
Everything we hold about you and your children: your messages and contact details, and, once the app is available, your account, your children's profiles and all their work and progress. We'll confirm with you when it's done.
If the law ever requires us to keep something, such as a billing record, we'll tell you what we're keeping and for how long.
In the app
The Akka app isn't publicly available yet. When it is, this page will also show how to delete your account from inside the app. You'll always be able to ask us here too.
