For schools and tutoring centres in Bengaluru

Kannada support for the children who need it most.

Many of your students go home to families who don't speak Kannada. Akka gives them a patient elder sister to practise with, built on the state textbooks you already teach.

Run a pilot with us

For schools

An after-school programme for the children who find Kannada hardest.

  • Built on the Karnataka state Kannada textbooks for Grades 3–6
  • Children practise at their own pace, with Akka guiding every step
  • Little load on your teachers: Akka explains, checks and records
  • Parents see progress, even when they can't read Kannada

For tutoring centres

You assign the work. Akka shows you how each child is doing.

  • Assign letters, textbook exercises and tests
  • A record for each child, so your tutors spend their time teaching, not checking
  • Children practise in a safe space made for them, between your sessions
  • Works alongside how your centre already teaches

What you see for each child

How a pilot works

  1. We meet

We show you Akka and learn which children, grades and books you have in mind.

  2. We set it up

We create accounts for the children and walk families through getting started.

  3. Children practise

They work through their textbook with Akka, and you follow their progress.

  4. We review together

We look at how the children did and decide the next step with you.
